EVALUATION & REPORTING EXPECTATIONSAs a condition of funding, grantees are expected to measure both program impact and reach. The Megan Montgomery Foundation requires the following:
Post-Program SurveysGrantees must administer a post-program survey at the conclusion of programming. This survey is intended to measure changes in knowledge, attitudes, or awareness following participation. The Foundation will provide a sample survey for grantees as a reference. Grantees are welcome to re-purpose the sample survey, create their own, or use a survey that is created and provided by their curriculum.
Tracking Program ReachGrantees must track participation and attendance throughout the grant period, including:

Number of individuals in attendance at each session, workshop, or class
Estimated audience size for larger events such as assemblies or speaking engagements

Grantees will be required to report this information as part of interim and/or final grant reporting.
